The Bootcamp of the AIV Master program at the Centre de Recherches Interdisciplinaires (Université Paris Diderot) is an intense month long program designed to establish a firm foundation in Math, Physics, Biology, and Programming for all incoming students to enter the interdisciplinary Masters program.  I had the pleasure of developing content with Timo Betz and teaching the Physics courses to students which focused mainly on diffusion and its applications in biology.  Here you can find my lecture notes on physics, chemistry, and some useful theoretical derivations.
